This research aims to analyze (1) To determine and analyze the effect of teacher certification, work ethic and motivation partially on the performance of elementary school teachers in Bissappu District, Bantaeng Regency (2) To determine and analyze the effect of teacher certification, work ethic and motivation partially on performance. Elementary school teachers in Bissappu District, Bantaeng Regency (3) To determine and analyze the most dominant variable influencing the performance of elementary school teachers in Bissappu District, Bantaeng Regency.
This research was conducted at public elementary schools in the Bissappu District, Bantaeng Regency. The type in this research is a survey with exploration plots (exploratory), describes (descriptive), and explanation (explanatory). Total population of 220 teachers with the determination of the sample using the Slovin formula as many as 69 people. Sampling using a random sampling technique with a questionnaire / questionnaire and document study as a method of data collection. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25 software Based on the research results, (1) Partially, (a) certification has a significant effect on teacher performance in SD Negeri Bissappu District, Bantaeng Regency by 0.025, (b) work ethic has a significant effect on teacher performance by 0.018, (c) motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance. There is a significant effect on the performance of teachers in SD Negeri k Kecamatan Bissappu Bantaeng Regency of 0.001 (2) Simultaneously, Certification, Work Ethic and Work Motivation have a significant effect on Teacher Performance in Elementary Schools in Bantaeng Regency. (3) Theindependent variable which dominantly affects the dependent variable where
certification (X1), work ethic (X2), motivation (X3), and teacher performance (Y) is certification (X1) with a significance value of 0.095.
