Effectiveness of Financial Management to Improve the Quality of Education at STAI YAPNAS Jeneponto (Supervised by Prof. Masdar Mas’ud dan Dr. Sylvia Sjarlis) This study aims to determine and analyze: Effectiveness of Financial Management to Improve the Quality of Education at STAI YAPNAS Jeneponto, as well as what factors affect the sources of financial income at STAI YAPNAS Jeneponto. This research approach uses qualitative research. The research was conducted at the STAI YAPNAS Jeneponto College. When the research was conducted from September 2020 - January 2021. This study used purposive sampling with the informant who was considered the most knowledgeable about what I expected and he was the leader in the research location. The sample in this study is the Chairman of the National Education Foundation Jeneponto, STAI YAPNAS Jeneponto Chairman, Vice-Chairman of I, II, III, Chairman of the LPM, Chairman LPPM and Leadership Studies Program as well as other universities will be the location of external research. The results showed that: 1) The Root Cause Analysis strategy is very effective in the implementation of STAI YAPNAS Jeneponto to improve the quality of education, 2) Recource Base View Strategy carried out by STAI YAPNAS Jeneponto to improve the quality of education, it is possible to use strategies from external research such as entrepreneur campuses and bringing in large amount of funds from investors. 3) Several factors affect the sources of financial income at STAI YAPNAS Jeneponto, namely the number of students, the amount of research and community service, follow-up cooperation, business at the Higher Education itself and sources from ministries / foundations. 4) The effectiveness of financial management on improving the quality of education at STAI YAPNAS Jeneponto still needs to be developed using an integrated financial information system.
