dc.description.abstract Rasdiana. 2020. The Effect of Human Capital and Incentives on Employee Performance of Bappeda Pinrang Regency, supervised by Ahmad Firman and Heri Sugeng Waluyo. This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of human capital and incentives partially on the employee performance of Bappeda in Pinrang district (2) the effect of human capital and incentives simultaneously on employee performance of Bappeda in Pinrang district (3) which variable has the most dominant influence on performance. Pinrang Regency Bappeda Employees The research was conducted at Bappeda Pinrang Regency. This research is quantitative. The sample was determined by using saturated sampling technique (census), which was as many as 85 employees. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that (1) Human Capital and Incentives partially affect Bappeda Pinrang Regency (2) Human Capital and Incentives simultaneously affect Bappeda Pinrang Regency (3) Human capital variable is the most dominant variable influencing Bappeda Pinrang Regency. en_US
