The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of human capital, facilities and infrastructure as well as motivation in increasing work effectiveness at the Bantaeng District Education and Culture Office partially or simultaneously.
This study was conducted at the Bantaeng Regency Education and Culture Office. The research data was obtained through a survey on all the Civil Servants (PNS) in the Education and Culture Office of Bantaeng Regency, totaling 80 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to all research respondents. Data analysis used simple linear regression and multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 software.
The results of this study conclude that partially Human Capital and Facilities and Infrastructure do not have a positive and significant effect on Work Effectiveness at the Education and Culture Office of Bantaeng Regency. Only motivation has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness at the Bantaeng District Education and Culture Office. Simultaneously, it shows that the Human Capital, Facilities and Infrastructure and Motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on Work Effectiveness at the Education and Culture Office of Bantaeng Regency. It is suggested that the authors expect employees in the Education and Culture Office to maintain and increase their work effectiveness,especially motivation at work which is one of the factors that can increase the work effectiveness of employees.
