This study aims to determine the effect of work ability, transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance at the Fire Service in Makassar City.
This study approach used a descriptive approach to analyze the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, supported by questionnaire data collection techniques, literature study and location surveys. Determination of the sample using incidental sampling method in order to obtain a total sample of 50 customers.
The results showed that work ability (X1), transformational leadership (X2) and work motivation (X3) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). From this study, it was obtained that the R Square value was 0.872 or 87.2% of employee performance which was influenced by the variables of work ability, transformational leadership and work motivation. While the remaining 12.8% of employee performance is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
