dc.description.abstract Sri Andar, 2021. This research is intended to determine the effect of leadership style, work environment and work motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) Bantaeng Regency by taking 45 employees as the research sample. The results of this study prove that it is partially proven that leadership style, work environment and work motivation affect employee performance. This study also proves that simultaneously leadership style, work environment and work motivation have an effect on employee performance.This results in a determination coefficient value of 97.6% which indicates that this research model can explain that employee performance is influenced by 97.6% of this research variable and is equal to 97.6%. 2.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.. en_US
