dc.description.abstract Suryadi. 2021. The Effect of Leadership, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction toward Employee Performance at the Development Planning Agency in Bantaeng District, supervised by Muhammad Idris dan Salim Sultan. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction toward employee performance. This study was conducted at the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Bantaeng Regency by taking 77 employees as the study sample. The results prove that partially leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction affect employee performance. This study also proves that simultaneously leadership, work motivation and job satisfaction have an effect toward employee performance which results in a determination coefficient of 74%, which means that 74% of subordinate employees are by this research variable and 26% from other variables not examined by this study. en_US
