Guided by Mashur Razak dan Herlindah Harniati Arfan. This research is a quantitative study using a survey method with a questionnaire data collection tool. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, discipline and work ability on employee performance at PT Bank MANDIRI (PERSERO) Tbk, Regional Office X Makassar. The population in this study were 160 employees of PT Bank Mandiri (PERSERO) Tbk X Makassar Regional Office, while the sampling technique was based on the Slovin formula so that the resulting sample amounted to 86 people. The results showed that (1) work motivation, work discipline, and work ability had a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (PERSERO) Tbk Regional Office X Makassar. (2) Work motivation, work discipline, and work ability have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (PERSERO) Tbk Regional Office X Makassar. (3) Work discipline is a variable that has the most dominant influence on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (PERSERO) Tbk Regional Office X Makassar. en_US
