Ardalina Azis. 2020. The Effect of Principal Leadership, Teacher Competence, and
Learning Media toward Student Learning Outcomes of SMA Negeri 3 Mamuju,

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of principal leadership, teacher competence, and learning media simultaneously and to analyze the influence of principal leadership, teacher competence and teaching media partially (2) the most dominant variables affecting the learning outcomes of SMA Negeri 3 students Mamuju.
This research approach uses survey research. The research was conducted at
Senior High School 3 Mamuju. When the research was conducted starting July 2020.
The study population was all teachers at SMAN 3 Mamuju, totaling 47 people. The
sample selection in this study was carried out using a saturated sampling method
(census) by determining all populations as a total sample of 47 people.
The results showed that 1) partially, the principal’s leadership and teacher competence had a positive and significant effect, while the learning media had no and significant effect on the learning outcomes of students of SMA Negeri 3 Mamuju with a tcount 3,683 > t table 2,015, and teacher competency variable score tcount 1,331 < ttable 2,015 (2) Principal leadership, teacher competence and learning media simultaneously affect the learning outcomes of SMA Negeri 3 Mamuju and the research shows a significant category, with a value of Fcount = 10,882 is greater than Ftable = 2,82 or it can be said that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted (3) the principal leadership is the most dominant variable influencing the learning outcomes of SMA Negeri 3 Mamuju as seen from the greatest determination value, namely 0,449. |
