Bull. The author hopes that the School Operational Assistance Fund in the Cluster SD 5 Lembang Cina Bantaeng Regency
needs to be increased because the School Operational Assistance (BOS) is very helpful, especially for the poor who get education. Although it does not affect teacher performance, it must be paid attention to the environment both cleanliness and interactions that occur in it and it is also expected that the teacher has motivation, because high motivation means that person has very strong reasons to achieve what he wants by doing his job to achieve results.
