The Effect of Teacher Professional Competence, Emotional Intelligence, and Infrastructure on Teacher Performance of UPTD SD Negeri Gugus XII, Cappagalung Village, West Bacukiki District, Parepare City, supervised by Sylvia Sjarlis and Abd. Rahman Abdi. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of teacher professional competence, emotional intelligence, and infrastructure on the performance of UPTD teachers at SD Negeri Gugus XII, Cappagalung Village, West Bacukiki District, Parepare City. This study approach used survey study that conducted at the UPTD SD Negeri Gugus XII, Cappagalung Village, West Bacukiki District, Parepare City in October 2020. The population was all teachers in the UPTD SD Negeri Cluster XII, Cappagalung Village, West Bacukiki District, Pare-Pare City 50 people. The sample selection in this study was carried out using a saturated sampling method (census) by determining all populations as a total sample of 50 teachers. The results show that (1) there is a positive and significant effect partially of teacher professional competence on teacher performance in the UPTD SD Negeri Gugus XII, Cappagalung Village, West Bacukiki District, Pare-Pare City, with tcount = 2.566> t table = 2.011 (2) and partially significant emotional intelligence on teacher performance in UPTD SD Negeri Gugus XII, Cappagalung Village, West Bacukiki District, Parepare City, with tcount = 3,411> ttable = 2,011 (3) there is no positive and significant effect of infrastructure partially on teacher performance in UPTD SD Negeri Cluster XII, Cappagalung Village, West Bacukiki Subdistrict, Parepare City, titung = 1,057 <ttable = 2,011 (4) there is a positive and significant influence on teacher professional competence, emotional intelligence and infrastructure simultaneously on teacher performance in UPTD SD Negeri Cluster XII, Cappagalung Village, West Bacukiki District Parepare City, where Fcount = 11, 723> Ftable = 2.79. Based on the research results, the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.433 or (43.3%). This indicates that 43.3% of teacher performance is affecetd by teacher professional competence, emotional intelligence and infrastructure. Meanwhile, 56, 7% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model. en_US
