dc.description.abstract Lukman. 2020. The Effect of Communication, Competence, and Training toward the Employee Achievement at the Financial and Regional Assets Agency of Majene District, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Syamsul Alam. The study proposes to know and analyse (1) the effect of communication, competence, and training partially and simultaneously toward the employees work performance on the Financial and Regional Asset Agency of Majene District (2) the most dominant variable affects the work achievement at the Finance and Regional Assets Agency of Majene. The design of this study used survey study that took samples from one population and used the questionnaire as a main Data collector tool. The study was conducted at the Financial and Regiona Assets Agency of Majene from October to November 2019. The population in the study was all the employees of the Finance and Regional Assets Agency of Majene Regency by 97 people. The sampling technique used in this study was a census sampling or a saturated sample. The number of samples on this study was 97 respondents. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis The results show that (1) there is an effect between communication, competence, and training partially and simultaneously toward the work performance of the Finance and Regional Assets Agency of Majene (2) training is the most dominant variable affects the work achievement of the Finance and Regional Assets Agency of Majene. en_US
