dc.description.abstract A. Mandawari A.BM. 2021. The Effect of Education, Training, and Discipline toward the Quality of Human Resources at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Polewali Mandar Regency, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Andi Ririn Oktaviani. This study aims to (1) identify and analyze the effect of education, training, and discipline partially on the quality of employee human resources at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Polewali Mandar Regency (2) to identify and analyze the effect of education, training and discipline simultaneously on the quality of employee human resources. in the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Polewali Mandar Regency (3) the most dominant variable affects the quality of human resources of employees at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Polewali Mandar Regency. This study was conducted at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Polewali Mandar Regency with a purposive sampling method, in which all members of the population were used as samples. The data collection method used is (1) observation, namely data collection techniques with direct observation in the field relating to predetermined variables (2) questionnaires in which a list of questions and statements submitted by researchers to respondents are answered systematically to obtain data so that resulting data in the form of responses or responses from these respondents which then this data will be processed by researchers. The results show that (1) education, training, and discipline have a partial effect on the quality of human resources (2) education, training, and discipline have a simultaneous effect on the quality of employee human resources (3) training is the most dominant variable affecting the quality of human resources. en_US
