This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of competence, career development, and work motivation partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Campalagian District Office of Polewali Mandar (2) the most dominant variables affect employee performance at the Campalagian District Office of Polewali Regency. mandarin. This research design uses survey research that takes a sample from one population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The research was carried out at the Campalagian Sub-district Office, Polewali Mandar Regency. The time of the study was from October to November 2019. The population in the study were all 45 employees of the Campalagian District Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. The sampling technique used in this study is census sampling or saturated sample, ie the number of samples is the entire population. The number of samples in this study were 45 respondents. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). The results showed that (1) there is an effect between competence, career development and work motivation partially and simultaneously on the performance of the Campalagian Camat Office, Polewali Mandar Regency (2) work motivation was the most dominant variable affecting the employee performance of the Campalagian Camat Office Polewali Mandar. en_US
