Muh.kakis (2019) Nim: 2017.MM.2.1054. Thesis of Influence of Competence, Motivation and Work Culture on Waqf Property Managers in Campalagian Subdistrict Polewali Mandar Regency (supervised by H.Saban Echdar and Maryadi).
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of competence, work motivation
and work culture in a persial and simultaneous way as well as the dominant variables
affecting the performance of waqf property managers in Campalagian District, Polewali Mandar Regency. Waqf is very likely to act as a solution to overcome the socio-economic problems of society, waqf can also be a source of funding for various kinds of efforts to improve the welfare of the community and also financing religious activities in accordance with the Islamic ummah. But the reality is not the case that the waqf land is still traditionally managed and considered as not potential. So much of the waqf land in the Kec, Campalagian district of Polewali Mandar is considered not yet in the Earning category. This study focuses on the ability of Human Resources, namely managerial
ability manager or Nadzir, this study uses a qualitative descriptive method that is "this
method only describes or analyzes a research result and not to provide broader conclusions," The results of the study indicate that the underlying problem is
Competency limitations owned by the manager (Nadzir) that waqf is still very below
standard or still very low. The role of the BWI Institution is expected to be able to
make Nadzir's coaching and mentoring efforts more than optimal. Because there is
still a lack of socialization about good waqf management procedures for Nadzir to be
responsible and more professional. And it is hoped that each Nadzir needs to realize
"Good Waqf Governance" Good waqf management. "By actualizing the principles of"
Good Corporate Governance "(GCG) or good governance" based on Islamic sharia.
Because the nature of honesty and trustworthiness still strongly supports this Conventional system. And the results of the study showed that Competency, Motivation
and work culture partially and simultaneously as well as work culture were the most
dominant influences on the performance of waqf property managers in Campalagian
Subdistrict, Polewali Mandar Regency. |
