The study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership, budgetary participation and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously as well as the most dominant variable on employee performance in the Regional Finance Board of Pinrang Regency.
This research was conducted at the Regional Finance Office of the Pinrang Regency.
The research period is October to November 2019. Based on the problem and research objectives to be achieved, this type of research is a combination of qualitative and quantitative, because this study uses a survey method with correlational analysis techniques. The population in this study includes almost all employees in the Regional Financial Board of Pinrang Regency totaling 56 people.
Sampling of this study was carried out using a saturated sampling technique (census), so that the sample used in this study were 56 employees at the Regional Financial Board of Pinrang Regency. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis).
The results showed that transformational leadership, budgetary participation and partial and simultaneous organizational commitment and organizational commitment were the most dominant influences on employee performance in the Regional Finance Board of Pinrang Regency.
