Abstract:
Erik, 2021. Influence of Social Capital, Organizational Culture, and Transformational Leadership on Collaborative Governance in PAMSIMAS Program in Enrekang Regency (guided by Mashur Razak and Anshar Daud).
This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of social capital, organizational
culture, and transformational leadership on Collaborative Governance in PAMSIMAS
Program in Enrekang Regency.
This research approach uses survey research. The research was conducted in
PAMSIMAS Program in Enrekang Regency. The research time was conducted from
February 4 to March 8, 2021. The research population is all participants who are members of the PAMSIMAS Program which amounts to 164 people. The determination of respondent samples used in this study is through non probability sampling, which is a
sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities or opportunities for each
element or member of the population to be selected into a sample. The number of samples used is at least 5 (five) times the number of all research indicators to be analyzed (Hair et al. 2014:100). In this study, researchers took a sample of 90 samples.
The results showed that: 1) Social Capital partially has no effect while organizational
culture and transformational leadership each partially affects the Collaborative Governance in pamsimas program in the district. 2) Variables of Social Capital,
Organizational Culture, and Transformational Leadership jointly affect Collaborative
Governance in PAMSIMAS Program in Enrekang Regency. 3) Organizational Culture is
the variable that most influences Collaborative Governance in PAMSIMAS Program in
Enrekang Regency.
