This type of research is descriptive quantitative, while the nature of the research is descriptive explanatory research. The research was conducted at the Department of Investment and One Stop Services, Majene Regency. Research implementation for 2 months. The population in this study amounted to 56 employees in the Department of Investment and One Stop Services, Majene Regency. The sample in this study is the entire population taken as the sample. Thus the number of samples is equal to the population (census or saturated samples). So that the sample is 56 employees at the Department of Investment and One Stop Services, Majene Regency. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the work environment, work discipline and supervision on the work productivity of employees at the Investment Service and One Stop Services, Majene Regency.
