The Effect of Transformational Leadership, Work Motivation, and Organizational Commitment toward Job Satisfaction of Employees of the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency of the Selayar Islands Regency, supervised by Jeni Kamase and Didiek Handayani Gusti. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership, work motivation and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously on job satisfaction of the employees of the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency of the Selayar Islands Regency. The form of research used in this research is a survey-based research design examining and analyzing the influence between variables. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. This research was conducted on 65 employees or respondents who were a sample of the entire population of respondents. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that transformational leadership, work motivation and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency of Selayar Islands Regency. The results of the analysis show that of the three variables studied, the variable organizational commitment has the most dominant influence on employee job satisfaction in the development planning agency, research and development of the Selayar Archipelago district. en_US
