This study aims to analyze (1) the partial effect of Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Discipline toward Employee Work Performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Makassar City (2) the simultaneous effect of Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Discipline toward Employee Work Performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Makassar City (3) the most dominant variable affects the Employee Work Performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Makassar City.
This study was conducted at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Makassar City. The population used in this study were employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Makassar City by 46 people. The method used was a multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study conclude that (1) Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously toward Employee Performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Makassar City. This means that Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Discipline will increase Work Performance partially and simultaneously (2) work discipline is the most dominant variable affects the employee work performance so that the better work discipline will further improve Employee Performance at the Financial and Asset Management Agency.
