dc.description.abstract Rosnani. 2021. The Effect of Transformational Leadership, Supervision System, and Employee Motivation towards Civil Servant Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Enrekang Regency, supervised by Mashur Razak and Anshar Daud. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the Effect of Transformational Leadership, Supervision System, and Employee Motivation towards the Performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Secretariat of the Enrekang Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative method conducted at the Enrekang Regency Regional Secretariat office in April 2021. The data is primary data collected through a direct questionnaire survey and uses a sample of 75 civil servants who work at the Enrekang Regency Regional Secretariat. Determination of the sample in this study with saturated sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis to test hypotheses 1, 2, and 3. The study's results using multiple linear regression analysis showed that transformational leadership and motivation variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In contrast, the supervisory system variable did not affect employee performance. en_US
