dc.description.abstract Zulfikar. 2020. The Effect of Transformational Leadership, Work Motivation, and Organizational Commitment toward Employee Job Satisfaction at the Regional Finance Agency of Pinrang Regency, supervised by Saban Echdar and Muhammad Idris. This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of transformational leadership, work motivation and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously (2) the most dominant variable affecting employee job satisfaction at the Regional Finance Board of Pinrang Regency. This study was conducted at the Regional Finance Agency Office of Pinrang Regency. Research time is from October to November 2019. Starting from the problems and research objectives to be achieved, this type of research is a combination of qualitative and quantitative, because this research uses a survey method with correlational analysis techniques. totaled 42 people. Sampling of this study was conducted using a saturated sampling technique (census), so that the sample used in this study were 42 employees at the Regional Finance Agency of Pinrang Regency. The data analysis used was multiple regression analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis). The results show that (1) transformational leadership, work motivation and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously affect employee job satisfaction (2) organizational commitment is the most dominant variable influencing employee job satisfaction at the Regional Finance Agency of Pinrang Regency. en_US
