This study aims to analyze (1) the partial effect of leadership, work culture and competence on the performance of the West Sulawesi Provincial Plantation Service Employees (2) the simultaneous effect of leadership, work culture and competence on the West Sulawesi Provincial Plantation Service Employee Performance (3) the variables that the most dominant effect on the Performance of the Plantation Office of West Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted at the Plantation Office of West Sulawesi Province. Determination of the sample using the saturation technique by taking the entire existing population, as many as 58 employees of the West Sulawesi Province Plantation Service. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that (1) partially, Leadership, Work Culture and Competence had a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the Plantation Office of West Sulawesi Province. This means that Leadership, Work Culture and Competence are able to improve the Performance of the Plantation Office of West Sulawesi Province (2) Simultaneously Leadership, Work Culture and competence have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the Plantation Office of West Sulawesi Province (3) Partially indicate that work culture is a variable that has a dominant influence on the performance of the Plantation Office of West Sulawesi Province. This shows that the better the work culture, the better the performance of the West Sulawesi Provincial Plantation Office employees.
