This study aims to analyze (1) the partial and simultaneous effect of Work Discipline, Competence and Facilities on employee performance at the Bantaeng Regency Manpower and Industry Office (2) the most dominant variable affecting employee performance at the Bantaeng Regency Manpower and Industry Office.
This research is an analytical descriptive research using a quantitative analysis approach. The research was conducted at the Department of Manpower and Industry of Bantaeng Regency. The time of the research was carried out in May 2021. The population in this study included 35 employees at the Manpower and Industry Office of Bantaeng Regency consisting of 25 ASN and 10 honorary employees.
The results of the study prove that (1) competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Bantaeng Regency Manpower and Industry Office and work discipline while facilities have no positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Bantaeng Regency Manpower and Industry Office (2) Simultaneously shows that the variables of Work Discipline, Competence and Facilities have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Manpower and Industry Office of Bantaeng
Regency (3) the most dominant variable has an effect on employee performance (Y) of the three independent variables, namely competence.
