PENGARUH KOMPETENSI GURU, DISIPLIN DAN PEMANFAATAN MULTIMEDIA PEMBELAJARAN TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA SMK NEGERI 1 SESENAPADANG KABUPATEN MAMASA

Kory Maroa. 2020. The Effect of Teacher Competence, Discipline, and Utilization of Learning Multimedia on Student Learning Outcomes at SMK Negeri 1 Sesenapadang, Mamasa Regency, supervised by H. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of teacher competence, discipline, and the use of multimedia learning partially or simultaneously on student learning outcomes in computer subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Sesenapadang, Mamasa Regency (2) the most dominant variables affect student learning outcomes. This research approach uses survey research that takes a sample from one population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection. The research was carried out at SMK Negeri I Sesenapadang, Mamasa Regency from October to November 2019. The population used in this study were all teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Sesenapadang Regency. Mamasa who opened 36 people. This research was conducted using saturated sampling, where all the population was sampled as many as 36 teachers of SMK Negeri I Sesenapadang, Mamasa Regency. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). The results show that (1) there is a significant effect between competence, discipline, and the use of multimedia on student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 1 Sesenapadang, Mamasa Regency partially or simultaneously (2) teacher competence is the most dominant factor affects the learning outcomes of SMK Negeri students. 1 Sesenapadang Mamasa Regency.
