The influence of leadership, competence, and teacher discipline on the quality of education at the Tourism Vocational School of Mamasa Regency,West Sulawesi Province. Supervised by Saban Echdar dan Didiek Handayani Gusti. This study aims to provide an overview and analyze the capacity and responsibilities of school principals, teacher competence, and discipline on the quality of education at the Tourism Vocational High School, Mamasa Regency, West Sulawesi Province. The research approach used is survey research with a quantitative approach. The data of this study were taken from questionnaires and literature study and analysis of samples from one population. The variables used are the capacity and responsibility of the principal, competence, and discipline of teachers on the quality of education. From the data used in the research, the results show that improving the quality of the principal's leadership will be followed by an increase in the quality of education. The results of this study also show that the competence and discipline of teachers have a positive and significant effect on the quality of school education. en_US
