dc.description.abstract Mansur. 2021. The Influence of Leadership and Work Discipline through Motivation on the Employee Performance at PT. Jasa Raharja, Sulselbar Branch, supervised by Saban Echdar and Sudirman Dandu. This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) the influence of leadership and work discipline partially on the employee’s performance at PT. Jasa Raharja, Sulselbar Branch (2) the influence of leadership and work discipline simultaneously on the employees performance at PT. Jasa Raharja, Sulselbar Branch 3) the direct and indirect influence of leadership through motivation on the employees performance at PT. Jasa Raharja, Sulselbar Branch (4) the direct and indirect influence of work discipline through motivation on the employee’s performance at PT. Jasa Raharja, Sulselbar Branch. This research approach is quantitative approach. The research was conducted on the employees at PT. Jasa Raharja, Sulselbar Branch and was conducted from March to April 2021. The research population is all employees at PT. Jasa Raharja, Sulselbar Branch which amounts to 71 people. The selection of samples in this study was conducted using the saturated sampling method by determining all populations as a total sample of 71 employees. The analysis technique used is Path analysis. The results showed that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of leadership and work discipline partially on the employee’s performance at employee’s at PT. Jasa Raharja, Sulselbar Branch (2) There is a positive and significant influence leadership and work discipline simultaneously on the employee’s performance at PT. Jasa Raharja, Sulselbar Branch (3) Leadership through motivation has an direct and significant influence on the employee’s performance at PT. Jasa Raharja, Sulselbar Branch (4) work discipline through motivation has indirect influence on the employees performance at PT. Jasa Raharja, Sulselbar Branch en_US
