dc.description.abstract Syah Rizal. 2020. Analysis of Human Capital Development and Capital Structure toward Organizational Performance at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Parepare, supervised by Saban Echdar and Maryadi. This research purposes to determine and analyze the development of human capital and capital structure toward organizational performance at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Parepare. This research is quantitative research with the population include 51 employees at the Population and Civil Registry Office in Parepare. The determination of the sample was completed using a boring sampling technique (saturated sample) in which all population elements were being sampled. Analysis of the data used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that partially and simultaneously human capital and structural capital has a positive and significant effect toward organizational performance at the Population and Civil Registry Office in Parepare. How big the effect of human capital and structural capital toward organizational performance is 0.608 or 60.8% and the rest is affected by other variables that do not examine in this research. en_US
