The effect of leadership, working discipline and motivation on working performance at Education and Culture Department of Bantaeng Regency (Supervised by Maryadi and Deddy Rahwandi Rahim). This study aimed at identifying and analysing the effect of leadership, working discipline and motivation on working performance at Education and Culture Department of Bantaeng Regency, and also identifying the predominant variable on such performance. This study employed analytic cross-sectional study design. The research was conducted at Education and Culture Department of Bantaeng Regency from Januari to February 2021. The population of the study was all the employees of Education and Culture Department of Bantaeng Regency involving 76 samples. The samples were elected through purposive sampling technique. The results of the study were: 1) there was significant and positive correlation between both leadership and working discipline variables, partially with the working performance, indicated by tarithmetic= 3,149 >ttable=1,995, and tarithmetic= 6,626 >ttable=1,995, respectively. Therefore, H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, indicating the significant effect of leadership and working discipline on working performance at Education and Culture Department of Bantaeng Regency. Motivation variable with t-count < t-table 1,311<1,995, indicated H0 was accepted and H1 was rejected. This suggested that motivation in employees at Education and Culture Department of Bantaeng Regency didn’t have any direct effect on employees’ working performance partially. 2) There was significant and positive correlation simultaneously of the three variables on working performance at Education and Culture Department of Bantaeng Regency, with Fcount = 20,754 > Ftable = 2,72. Thus, H0 was rejected, H1 was confirmed. Therefore, leadership, working discipline and motivation simultaneously had effects on working performance at Education and Culture Department of Bantaeng Regency. This study identified that working discipline was seen as the predominant variable of this study on the working performance at Education and Culture Department of Bantaeng Regency, implied by the highest determinant value was 0,554. en_US
