dc.description.abstract | Akhsan HN. 2020. The Effect of Transformational Leadership and Work Motivation toward the Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction at the Financial and Asset Agency in Majene Regency, supervised by Saban Echdar and Fatmasari. The study aims to determine and analyze (1) the direct effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency in Majene Regency (2) the direct effect of transformational leadership and work motivation toward the employee performance at the Regional Finance and Asset Agency in Majene Regency (3) the indirect effect of transformational leadership and work motivation toward the performance through employee job satisfaction at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency in Majene Regency This study design used a survey study that took place at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency in Majene Regency from October to November 2019. The population in this study was all employees of the Financial and Asset Agency in Majene Regency with 97 people. Sampling of this study was implemented using a saturated sampling technique (census), namely determining the entire population to be sampled as many as 97 employees. The data analysis technique used was path analysis. The results show that (1) there is a positive and significant direct effect on transformational leadership and work motivation toward the employee job satisfaction at the Financial and Asset Regional Agency of Majene Regency (2) there is a positive and significant direct effect on transformational leadership and work motivation toward the employee performance in Regional Finance and Assets Agency of Majene Regency (3) there is a positive and significant effect indirectly on transformational leadership and work motivation toward the performance through employee job satisfaction at the Regional Finance and Asset Agency of Majene Regency. | en_US |
