Andi Ida Fitri. 2021. The Effect of Leadership, Motivation and Competence on the Performance of ASN at the Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency, supervised

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of leadership, motivation, and competence partially or simultaneously (2) the most dominant variable affecting employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency.
This type of research uses associative research, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The research was carried out on employees at the Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency. The research was conducted from December 2020 to January 2021. The population used in this study were employees at the Regional Secretariat. Pinrang Regency, amounting to 147 people. The sample selection was carried out using random sampling method with sampling using the Slovin formula, so that the number of employees who were sampled was 107 employees of the Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis).
The results show that (1) leadership, motivation and competence partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance
at the Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency (2) competence is the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency. |
