M. Rusdy. 2021. Thesis: The Influence of Work Morale, Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at Bantaeng District Office, Bantaeng Regency, supervised by: Saban Echdar and Maryadi.
The purpose of this study : (1) Analyze the influence of Work Enthusiasm, Motivation, and work environment partially on Employee performance, (2) Analyze the effect of Work Enthusiasm, Motivation, and work environment simultaneously on Employee performance, (3) Analyze the most dominant variable has an effect on the Performance of Employees in Bantaeng District Office, Bantaeng Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach, intending to test the theory with reality in the field through measuring the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The research sample of 64 respondents, using a saturated sample and multiple regression analysis.
The results of the analysis concluded that (1) Morale has a significance level of 0.005, t- count shows a value of 3.075, so it is concluded that morale (X1) has a significant influence on employee performance. (2) Ability (X2) has a significant level of 0.025, meaning that the significance value is smaller than the probability of 0.005 (0.25 <0.05), so it is concluded that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. (3) The work environment has a significance value of 0,000, meaning that the Significance value is smaller than the probability value of 0.005 (0,000 <0.005), so it can be concluded that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, (4) Work Enthusiasm, motivation, and work environment have a simultaneous effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the value of F-count 49,858> F-table 3.15 with a probability of 0,000 <0.05. Calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained 0.669 results, which means 66.9% of the dependent variable (employee performance) can be explained by the independent variables (morale, motivation, and work environment),
while the remaining 33.1% is explained by other variables outside the study this. |
