dc.description.abstract Samsinar. 2021. The Effect of Leadership, Organizational Culture on Employee Performance with Motivation as an Intervening Variable at the Bantaeng Regency Education and Culture Office, supervised by Sylvia Sjarlis and Andi Djalante. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, organizational culture on employee performance mediated by motivation. This research took place in January - February 2021 at the Bantaeng Regency Education and Culture Office. The population in this study were all employees of the Education and Culture Office of Bantaeng Regency, as many as 80 employees, the sample in this study was 80 employees. The research method applies a quantitative approach by testing hypotheses using multiple linear regression models. The results show that leadership and organizational culture had a significant effect on motivation. The administration has no significant impact on employee performance, and corporate culture has a considerable impact on employee performance; the reason is not to mediate the relationship between leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at the Bantaeng Regency Education and Culture Office. en_US
