dc.description.abstract Andi Pratiwi Puji Astuti Pasauri, 2020. The Effect of Leadership Style, organizational Climate, and Personnel Management Information System toward Service Quality of Jeneponto Regency Regional Secretariat Employees, Supervised by Muhammad Idris and Sylvia Sjarlis. This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of leadership style, organizational climate, and personnel management information system partially on the performance or the Jeneponto regency regional secretariat employees (2) the effect of leadership style, organizational climate, and personnel management information system simultaneously on employee performance of the regional secretariat of Jeneponto regency (3) the most dominant variable affects the performance or the employees of the regional secretariat of Jeneponto regency. The study was conducted at the regional secretariat of Jeneponto regency. This research was a quantitative. Determination of the sample was applied by saturated sampling technique (census) as many as 56 employees. Data collection method used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study conclude that (1) leadership style do not affect the performance of the Jeneponto Regency regional secretariat employees, and the Personnel Management information system had an effect on the performance of the Jeneponto Regency Regional Secretariat employees (2) leadership style, organizational climate and personnel management information systems simultaneously on the performance of the employees of the Jeneponto Regency Regional secretariat. This mean that leadership style, organizational climate and personnel management information systems can improve the performance of the Jeneponto regency regional secretariat employees (3) Organizational climate is the most dominant variable affects the employee performance of the Jeneponto Regency Regional Secretariat Employees. en_US
