The Effect of Human Resources Competence, Commitment, and Work Environment toward the Police Performance at the Regional Police Reskrimum, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Maryadi. This research aims to (1) test and partially analyze the influence of competence, organizational commitment, and work environment on the performance of the Police Directorate of Criminal Investigation of the South Sulawesi Regional Police (2) simultaneously test and analyze the effect of competence, organizational commitment and work environment on the performance of the Police Dit Reskrimum Polda. South Sulawesi (3) examined and analyzed the variables that had the most dominant influence on the performance of the South Sulawesi Regional Police, Dit Reskrimum. This research was conducted at the Directorate of Criminal and Criminal Investigation of South Sulawesi Police. The method used is a field survey with a questionnaire as a supporting instrument. The entire population was made respondents. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, competence, organizational commitment, and work environment have a significant effect on the Police Performance of the South Sulawesi Regional Police Reskrimum (2) simultaneously, competence, organizational commitment, and work environment have a significant influence on the Police Performance of Dit Reskrimum. Polda Sulsel (3) organizational commitment is the most dominant variable on performance, followed by competence and commitment. en_US
