The Influence of Communication, Work Motivation, Infrastructure and Job Description on the Performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Selayar Islands (supervised by Maryadi and Haeranah Alwi). This study aims to: 1) analyze the effect of communication on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus partially; 2) analyze the effect of work motivation on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus partially; 3) analyze the influence of facilities and infrastructure on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus partially; 4) analyze the effect of job descriptions on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus partially; 5) analyze the effect of communication, work motivation, facilities and infrastructure and job descriptions on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus simultaneously. This research approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Selayar Islands Regency. The time of the research has been carried out from June 2020 to August 2020. The research population is all employees of the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and micro, small and medium enterprises in the Selayar Islands Regency, totaling 81 people. The sample selection in this study was carried out using the saturated sampling method (census), namely by determining all the population as a total sample of 81 employees. The results of this study indicate that: 1) communication has a partial effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus; 2) work motivation partially affects the performance of the State Civil Apparatus; 3) facilities and infrastructure partially affect the performance of the State Civil Apparatus; 4) job descriptions partially affect the performance of the State Civil Apparatus; 5) communication, work motivation, facilities and infrastructure and job descriptions affect the performance of the State Civil Apparatus simultaneously.
