This study aims to analyze the effect of 1). Partially the provision of incentives, leadership, and work environment on the motivation of employees of the Education and Culture Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. 2).The simultaneous effect of providing incentives, leadership, and work environment on the motivation of employees of the Education and Culture Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. 3).The most dominant variable has an effect on employee motivation at the Education and Culture Office of Polewali Mandar Regency.
This research was conducted on employees at the Department of Education and
Culture of Polewali Mandar Regency. Determination of the sample using the technique
saturated by taking the entire existing population, which is as many as 70 people
Employees at the Education and Culture Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. Data
collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method
used is descriptive statistical analysis and statistical analysis multiple linear regression.
The results of the study concluded that: partially the provision of incentives, leadership and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at the Education and Culture Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. This means that the provision of incentives, leadership, and work environment can increase employee motivation at the Education and Culture Office of Polewali Mandar Regency.
Simultaneously the provision of incentives, leadership, and work environment have a
positive and significant effect on employee motivation at the Education and Culture
Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. Partially, it shows that the work environment variable
has a dominant effect on the motivation of the employees of the Education and Culture
Office of Polewali Mandar Regency, this shows that the better the work environment will
increase the motivation of the employees of the Polewali Mandar Regency Education and
Culture Office.
