This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the role of parents, the community and the school environment on children's learning motivation at Kindergartens in Bontosikuyu District.
This research approach uses a quantitative survey approach. This research was conducted in Bontosikuyu District in April 2021. The population in this study were
teachers who were registered in each Kindergarten in Bontosikuyu District as many as
50 people. The sample selection in this study used a saturated sampling technique, that
is, all of the population was used as a sample with a note that the population in the
research conducted was small.
The results showed that the role of parents has a partial influence on children's learning motivation with the community environment has a partial influence on children's learning motivation and the school environment has a partial influence on children's learning motivation in Kindergarten in Bontosikuyu District. Then the role of parents, the community and the school environment have a simultaneous influence on children's learning motivation at Kindergartens in Bontosikuyu District. The most dominant variable of all variables used is the school environment variable, this can be seen from children's interest in the school environment which can increase children's motivation in learning.
