This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of training, job description and work environment on employee performance at the Personnel, Education and Training Agency of Polewali Mandar Regency (2) the most dominant variable affecting employee performance.
This research is a quantitative research using data collection techniques through a questionnaire/questionnaire. This research was conducted at the Personnel, Education and Training Agency of Polewali Mandar Regency which was held from May to June 2021. The population of this study were all ASN employees of the Polewali Mandar Regency Personnel, Education and Training Agency. The sample uses a saturated sample where the entire population is sampled, which is 46 people.
The results show that (1) Job Description did not have a significant effect on employee performance, while Training and Work Environment showed the results had a significant effect on employee performance (2) This study also showed that there was a simultaneous positive and significant effect between Training, Job Description and the work environment on employee performance (3) this study also shows that the most dominant variable affecting employee performance at the Civil Service, Education and Training Agency of Polewali Mandar Regency is the Work Environment variable.
