This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of motivation, discipline and leadership partially on the Spirit of the Cadets of Sailing Practice Activities on Training Ships at the Polytechnic of the Sailing Education and Training Center (BP2IP) Barombong (2) the effect of motivation, discipline and leadership in general. Simultaneous to the Spirit of the Cadets of Sailing Practice Activities on Training Vessels at the Polytechnic of the Sailing Science Education and Training Center (BP2IP) Barombong (3) the most dominant variable affecting the Spirit of the Cadets of Sailing Practice Activities on Training Vessels
at the Polytechnic of the Sailing Science Education and Training Center (BP2IP)
Barombong. The research was conducted at the Polytechnic of the Sailing Science Education and Training Center (BP2IP) Barombong.
This research is quantitative. Determination of the sample is done using a saturated sampling technique (census), ie the entire population is made into a sample of 76 people. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that (1) motivation, discipline and leadership partially affected the Barombong Marine Science Training and Education Center (BP2IP) Polytechnic (2) motivation, discipline and leadership simultaneously affected the Barombong Marine Science Training and Education Center Polytechnic (BP2IP) (3) discipline is the most dominant variable influencing the Barombong Marine Science Training and Education Center Polytechnic (BP2IP).
