This study aims to determine and analyze: 1) Whether motivation, expectations, incentives, education, training and work experience partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of State Civil Servants at the Barombong Maritime Education and Training Center (BP2IP). 2) Do motivation, expectations, incentives, education, training and work experience simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Barombong Maritime Education and Training Center (BP2IP).3) Which variable has a more dominant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Barombong Maritime Education and Training Center (BP2IP).
The research was carried out at the Barombong Sailing Education and Training Center (BP2IP) Barombong. This research is quantitative research.
Determination of the sample in this research includes all employees of the Education
and Training Center for Sailing Science (BP2IP) Barombong as many as 35 people.
Data collection methods used are questionnaires, interviews and document studies.
The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study conclude that: 1) Motivation partially affects the performance of the State Civil Apparatus of the Barombong Sailing Education and Training Center (BP2IP).2) Motivation, expectations, incentives, education, training and work experience simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus of the Barombong Sailing Education and Training Center (BP2IP). 3) The most dominant motivation variable influences the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Barombong Shipping Science Education and Training Center (BP2IP).
