This study aims to determine and analyze: the effect of the level of education, training and compensation partially and simultaneously on the performance of the employees of the Gorontalo District Asset Management Office..
This research approach uses a quantitative approach. The research was conducted at the Gorontalo District Asset Management Office. The time of the study was 2 months. The study population was all employees of the Gorontalo District Asset Management Office. which amounted to 96 people. The sample selection in this study was carried out using a saturated sampling method (census) by determining all populations as a total sample of 96 employees.
The results showed that: 1) The level of education has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of Gorontalo District Asset Management Office, the higher the level of education of the employees, the performance of these employees will also increase., 2) Training does not have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of the Gorontalo District Asset Management Office, which means that the better the training provided to employees does not guarantee increased employee performance, and 3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Gorontalo District Asset Management Office, the more appropriate the compensation given to employees, the performance of these
employees will also increase..
