The Influence of Principal Managerial Ability, Infrastructure, and Work Climate on Work Achievement of Public Elementary School Teachers In Pasimarannu District, Selayar Islands Regency, supervised by Asri and Andi Djalante. This study aims to determine and analyze: the influence of the managerial ability of the Principal, Infrastructure, and Work Climate on the work performance of Public Elementary School teachers in Pasimarannu District, Selayar Islands Regency. This research approach uses survey research. The research was conducted at schools within the scope of Pasimarannu District, Selayar Islands Regency. When the research was conducted from April to May 2021. The study population was all teachers, both ASN and non ASN status in schools within the scope of Pasimarannu District, Selayar Islands Regency, totaling 84 people. The sample selection in this study was carried out using a saturated sampling method (census) by determining all populations as a total sample of 84 teachers. The results showed that (1) there was a positive and significant influence on the principal managerial ability, infrastructure, work climate separately (partially) on the work performance of public elementary school teachers in Pasimarannu District, Selayar Islands Regency, with tcount = 5,157, 9,674 and 8,372> t table = 1,990. Reject H0, Accept H1, (2) There is a positive and significant influence on the principal's managerial ability, infrastructure, work climate simultaneously (simultaneously) on the work performance of public elementary school teachers in Pasimarannu District, Selayar Islands Regency, where Fcount = 971,699> Ftable = 2 , 72. Reject H0, Accept H1, (3) the most dominant work climate variable has an effect on the work performance of public elementary school teachers in Pasimarannu District, Selayar Islands Regency, seen from the largest Beta coefficient value of 0.382.
