The Effect of Leadership Type, Work Discipline and Work Motivation towards Employee Work Effectiveness at the Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency of West Sulawesi Province, supervised by M. Salim S and Deddy Rahwandi Rahim. This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of leadership type on employee work effectiveness at the Financial Management Agency of West Sulawesi Province (2) the effect of work discipline on the work effectiveness of employees at the Financial Management Agency of West Sulawesi Province (3) the effect of work motivation on employee work effectiveness at the Financial Management Agency of West Sulawesi Province (4) the effect of the type of leadership, work discipline and work motivation simultaneous ly on the effectiveness of the work of employees at the Financial Management Agency of West Sulawesi Province (5) the variables that have a dominant effect on the work effectiveness of employees at the Financial Management Agency of Sulawesi Province West. This approach uses survey research conducted at the Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency of West Sulawesi Province from July 2021 to August 2021. The research population is all employees of the Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency of West Sulawesi Province, totalling 120 people. The determination of the sample in this study as many as 55 employees was obtained using the Slovin formula with the level of inaccuracy leeway set at 10%. The results show that (1) partially the type of le adership variable had a significant positive effect on the work effectiveness of employees at the Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency of West Sulawesi Province with t = 3.860 > t table = 2.006 (2) partially the work discipline variable had a significant positive effect on employee work effectiveness at the Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency of West Sulawesi Province with tcount = 2,284 > ttable = 2,006 (3) partially the work motivation variable has a significant positive effect on the work effectiveness of employees at the Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency of West Sulawesi Province with t = 2,725 > ttable = 2,006 (4) simultaneously the variables of leadership type, work discipline and work motivation have a significant positive effect on the work effectiveness of employees at the Regional Revenue and Finance Management Agency of West Sulawesi Province where Fcount = 25.367 > Ftable = 2.79 (5) The leadership is the most dominant variable affects the work effectiveness of employees at the Regional Revenue and Finance Management Agency of West Sulawesi Province seen from the most significant determination value, which is 0.423. en_US
