PENGARUH PROFESIONALISME KERJA, IKLIM KOMUNIKASI DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR CAMAT CAMPALAGIAN KABUPATEN POLEWALI MANDAR

Abstract

The Effect of Professionalism of the Work, Communication Climate and Leadership on Employee Performance at the Campalagian District Office Polewali Mandar District Office (By Maryadi dan Muh. Said ) The study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work professionalism, communication climate, and leadership individually and jointly on the performance of employees at the Campalagian District Office, Polewali Mandar District, and the most dominant variable influencing the performance of employees at the Campalagian District Office, Polewali Mandar District. The design of this study uses survey research that takes samples from one population and uses questionnaires as a primary data collection tool. The study was conducted at the Campalagian District Head Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. The time of the study was from October to November 2019. The population in the study were all employees of the Campalagian Sub-District Office of Polewali Mandar District, totaling 45 people. The sampling technique used in this study is census sampling or saturated sample, which is the total sample is all population. The number of samples in this study were 45 respondents. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis) The results showed that there was an influence between work professionalism, communication climate and leadership individually and jointly on the performance of the employees of the Campalagian District Head Office, Polewali Mandar District, and the most dominant leadership variable affected the performance of the employees of the Campalagian District Head Office, Polewali Mandar District Office.
