This study aims to analyze the effect of skills, work environment, and leadership style toward employee performance at the Public Works and Public Housing Office of Pinrang Regency.
This study used survey methods and sampling methods using saturated sampling techniques (census) and the sample used was 72 employees of the Public Works and Public Housing Office of Pinrang Regency. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.0 software.
The results show that there is a positive and significant effect between skill variables toward employee performance at the Public Works and Public Housing Office of Pinrang Regency of 11.443. There is a positive and significant effect between work environment variables toward employee performance at the Public Works and Public Housing Office of Pinrang Regency of 5,744. There is a negative and significant effect between the
variable leadership style toward employee performance at the Public Works and Public Housing Office of Pinrang Regency of -5,117. There is an effect between the variables of skills, work environment, and leadership style simultaneously toward the performance of employees at the Public Works and Public Housing Office of Pinrang Regency of 85.070.
