PENGARUH KETELADANAN, KEDISIPLINAN, DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA PENGELOLA PAUD DALAM LINGKUP DINAS PENDIDIKAN DAN PEMUDA OLAHRAGA KABUPATEN MAJENE

The Effect of Exemplary, Discipline, and Training on the Performance of PAUD Managers within the Scope of the Youth and Sports Education Office in Majene Regency, supervised by Saripuddin Muhammad Idris. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of exemplary discipline and training partially and simultaneously on the performance of PAUD managers within the Education and Sports Youth Office in Majene Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study were all PAUD managers in Maneje Regency, amounting to 189 people. The sample was determined based on a random sampling technique, namely by taking a representative sample of each sub-district. If the number of respondents is less than 100, all samples are taken to research a population study. Meanwhile, if the number of respondents is more than 100, the sampling is 10% - 15% or 20% - 25%. Then the sampling was carried out utilizing 189 x 25% = 47, 25. Then the sample was rounded up to 47 respondents. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously exemplary discipline and training have a significant influence on the performance of PAUD managers within the scope of the Education and Youth Sports Office of Majene Regency. From the description of the t-test with the three independent variables, partially exemplary discipline and training have a significant influence on the performance of PAUD managers within the scope of the Education and Youth Sports Office of Majene Regency.
