dc.description.abstract Ahriani. 2021. The Effect of Work Culture, Motivation and Principal Leadership Style on Teacher Performance in the SD Inpres Tanetea Cluster, Kec. Pajukukang Kab. Bantaeng, supervised by Abdul Rahman Abdi and Syamsul Alam. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the work culture, motivation and leadership style of the principal on the teacher's performance in the elementary school cluster. Inpres Tanetea Kec. Pa'jukukang Kab. Bantaeng. The research data was obtained through a survey of all teachers in the SD Cluster. Inpres Tanetea Kec. Pa'jukukang Kab. Bantaeng, which is 30 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to all research respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, while work culture and motivation do not have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that partially shows that the most dominant variable has an effect on teacher performance (Y) from the three independent variables, namely leadership style. The author hopes that work culture does not affect teacher performance so that work culture needs more attention in its application in schools. More emphasis on implementation. Motivation as a process leads students to experiences that enable them to learn. Building is a collective behavior in the context of efforts to achieve the goals to be achieved. So that motivation also needs to be improved, most importantly, the role of the principal as a school leader has the responsibility of moving all existing resources in the school so that it gives birth to a work ethic and high productivity in achieving goals.
