This study aims to analyze (1) How successful is the performance of the Bantaeng Police Primkoppol Cooperative from a financial perspective (2) How successful is the performance of the Bantaeng Police Primkoppol Cooperative from a customer perspective (3) How successful is the performance level of the Bantaeng Police Primkoppol Cooperative from an internal business process perspective ( 4) How successful is the performance of the Bantaeng Police Primkoppol Cooperative. The population in this study was 322 police personnel, while the sample was 179 determined based on Slovin calculations. The analysis technique used in this research is the Liquidity Ratio, Profitability Ratio, Three Box Method and analysis of research instruments (validity and reliability). The results of the study found that: (1) The level of success of the Primkoppol Cooperative, Bantaeng Police in a high financial perspective in terms of liquidity ratios using the Current Ratio formula, and from the profitability ratio using the Net Profit Margin formula. (2) The success rate of the performance of the Bantaeng Polres Primkoppol Cooperative in the customer perspective where the level of the welfare of the members is in the medium category and the level of member satisfaction is in the high category. (3) The level of success of the performance of the Bantaeng Police Primkoppol Cooperative from the perspective of internal business process as a whole is quite good, but still needs to be improved, such as the procurement of various products that are the needs of the Bantaeng Police Police personnel based on the work plan and budget plan for Primkoppol revenue and expenditure. (4). The performance of the Bantaeng Police Primkoppol Cooperative in the perspective of learning and growth at the level of satisfaction of the cooperative management is in the high category, the rents of the cooperative management are in the high category and the productivity of the cooperative management is also in the high category.
