The Effect of Human Resource Competence, Employee Discipline and Infrastructure on Employee Performance at the Makassar Haji Regional General Hospital, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Asri. This study aims to analyze (1) partially the effect of Human Resource Competence, Employee Discipline and Infrastructure on Employee PerformanceM at the Haji Makassar Regional General Hospital (2) the simultaneous effect of Human Resource Competence, Employee Discipline and Infrastructure on Employee Performance at the Makassar Haji Regional General Hospital (3) the most dominant variable has an effect on employee performance at the Makassar Haji Regional General Hospital. This research was conducted on Makassar Haji Regional General Hospital employees with the determination of the sample using Arikunto's opinion in Saban, Echdar (2017) that if the number of subjects is large (greater than 100), it can be taken between 10-15% or 20-55%, or more depending on the ability of the researcher in terms of time, effort and funds. Based on this opinion, the sample of this study was determined at 15% x 489 people = 74.7 rounded up to 75 employees. So the number of samples in this study were 75 employees at the Haji Makassar Regional General Hospital. The results of the study conclude that (1) partially Human Resource Competence, Employee Discipline and Infrastructure have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Makassar Haji Regional General Hospital, which means that infrastructure is able to improve employee performance at the Makassar Haji Regional General Hospital. (2) Simultaneously Human Resource Competence, Employee Discipline and Infrastructure have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Makassar Haji Regional General Hospital (3) Partially shows that the Employee Discipline variable has a dominant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional General Hospital Haji Makassar, this shows that the better the discipline, the better the performance of employees at the Makassar Haji Regional General Hospital. en_US
